Great experience. Mansoor was very professional and patient and accommodating, and helped us with our very long task we needed to complete. Would highly recommend using this post office.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Jane and Kelly at the Huddersfield Post Office.
Every single time I visit, whether it’s incredibly busy or nice and quiet, they always welcome everyone with a genuine smile and such a positive attitude. Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and they go out of their way to make every customer feel valued and looked after.
In today’s world, it’s not often you come across people who consistently provide such outstanding customer service, but Jane and Kelly truly do. Their kindness, patience, professionalism and cheerful personalities make every visit a pleasant experience. They don’t just do their jobs—they brighten people’s days.
It’s people like them who make a real difference in the community. Huddersfield is very lucky to have them, and I hope they receive the recognition they truly deserve for all their hard work and dedication.
Thank you, Jane and Kelly, for always going above and beyond. Please keep being the amazing people you are—you are genuinely appreciated more than you probably realise.

The woman with red hair and glasses came across as rude and unhelpful, rather than explaining things in a kind and clear way she talked down to me and made me feel stupid - she didn't even attempt to look at the information on my phone screen. She had no customer service or people skills. I don't understand how places can hire people that are so unpleasant. I'm probably not the only one that has had this experience.

Another act of destruction by Kirklees council to our town centre. From the signage to the inside to the awful service by people running it, all shows what exactly Kirklees think of Huddersfield town. And you can tell by the reviews who gets good service here and who doesn't. If it were reversed there would be outrage

Sick of this place. Firstly it's an absolute eyesore on our high street. The shop front looks derelict. Inside is no better with litter strew everywhere, bits of scrap paper taped to the windows with writing scrawled over it pronouncing they are open... Novel idea but if you make your shop front presentable then people might not think you closed in 1986.
Secondly, the staff are really unhelpful, rude and act like they don't want to be there let alone actually help someone. I've witnessed them being rude on multiple occasions but never had it happen directly to me until today.
Yesterday I posted an item to check the price. It cost £2.10. I run a small business, the item I posted is a new line I sell. I used the price from yesterday to calculate postage and packing for the other 49 identical items that I sold. I took the first two down to the post office today and they wanted £4.60 per item to post them. An increase of £2.50 overnight. When I questioned this the staff got rude and said the manager of this post office had done the transaction wrong yesterday. This is going to now cost me £122.50 because I've already taken payment on these items based on the price for postage I received yesterday.
On top of that the staff accused me of stealing when I took the items out of the envelopes and left the envelopes behind. Funnily enough there was a police officer in the post office at the time who did and said absolutely nothing because obviously the envelopes were there on the desk and never left the post office.
