- VVVOSep 5, 20261.0Unfortunately, my experience is very similar to what others have already described. The man at the counter was arrogant, rude and dismissive. I was perfectly polite throughout, yet was met with an unnecessarily hostile and confrontational attitude. His manner towards women can be extremely intimidating. I have witnessed him behave very differently towards male customers even when annoyed. If you choose to provide Post Office services, dealing with customers and their parcels is part of that service. Customers should not be made to feel like an inconvenience simply for using it.
