She was unhelpful and treated me like an outsider everyone else she was being very nice too but me she wasn’t. Could it be because of the way I looked (Asian) I wouldn’t know. However coming out I cried because how this women made me feel. Thanks for ruining my day and went to a different post office instead who we're nicer .

If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
