Their nephew also works here and is very polite and helpful. I had a problem with some paperwork and Sid took the time to help me fill it in and explain what I needed to do next. They have been in the community for a long as i can remember. 10/10 for staff and customer service.

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
