The old lady charged me £52 in CASH, said the card machine was not working and I could only pay the v5 in cash and took £25 off me twice, then when I looked at the receipt it says £25 for the v5. They’re obviously pocketing the rest of the £25. Absolutely disgusting what they are doing, robbing customers. I have reported to the police and complained to the post office.

Asked why the wrong information was being given out and was given an outpouring of abuse by “the postmistress” terrible customer service and out and out rude. Avoid at all costs the woman is unwell.

She asked me to pay £1 to get it printed out, and then to pay extra money to use sellotape to stick the printed address on my parcel. Very rude lady and total rip OFF!
