I don't recommend this place!
The women there, goodness me such a fraud. I went to return a parcel with a QR code. She asked me to pay £1 to get it printed out, and then to pay extra money to use sellotape to stick the printed address on my parcel. Very rude lady and total rip OFF!

The old lady that owns this is absolutely rude. I've been a few times to post things... she's very hit and miss with her mood swings.
During this last visit, she spoke to me rudely, when i challenged her- she told me to get out !?!
It's very clear, i won't be going back!

THIEVES/FRAUD-DO NOT USE
Update-if you complain on the post office website you'll get the £25 back, hopefully they'll look into it seriously and close the place down.
Like multiple others on here (should have read reviews first)I went to Highroad Well post office in Halifax to complete a V62 form in order to get a new log book for my car, change the address and tax it at the same time. It is £25 for the new log book. The lady at the post office told me it was £25 for the log book and a further £25 to tax the car with no reminder letter. I agreed as I trusted her to know this information, she said it was cash only but offered to take the money from my account as cash back. She then gave me 2 receipts, one for the years tax which was £200 and one for a postal order for the new log book of £25 however my statement shows £53.13 removed as cash back and the £200 as car tax. Once home I asked my step dad who used to be the manager of the main post office in Leeds, he said that this is not correct and it is just £25 for the log book and they DECEIVED AND STOLE THE OTHER £25. He also said that a postal order would not be needed in this case and the way they have processed it all is wrong. He even spoke to their old area manager who said he has trained them repeatedly in this but they still do it. Looking at their reviews online they have been doing this a lot and I believe they are keeping that extra £25 for theirselves. I will make a complaint to the post office online and have made a report to the police as this is theft, I urge everyone else to as well as they need closing down. I have not confronted the shop as they have a dog in there and looking at the numerous online Google reviews of it this has been happening for years and they can be quite threatening when confronted. I do not understand how they are still open.
