- RRRASep 1, 20261.0Be careful when using the services of this post office. It appears that the staff behind the counter are trying to swindle money out of customers. I asked them to send of a V62 and tax car at same time. The clerk behind the counter told me that my car has been blocked by Dvla. He even printed a of a note on a receipt stating 'reject and inform customer that details for the vrm provided could not be found. Clerk to decide whether to retry or not'. The cletk stated that I will need to pay the post office an additional £25, along with my £25 for the V62 and the car tax. I challenged the clerk and asked why are you charging me the additional money, he stated it's post office practice. I declined and decided to go to King Cross Post office. Needless to say no issues there, never told me about my car being blocked by dvla and charged me correct amount.

The old lady charged me £52 in CASH, said the card machine was not working and I could only pay the v5 in cash and took £25 off me twice, then when I looked at the receipt it says £25 for the v5. They’re obviously pocketing the rest of the £25. Absolutely disgusting what they are doing, robbing customers. I have reported to the police and complained to the post office.

Asked why the wrong information was being given out and was given an outpouring of abuse by “the postmistress” terrible customer service and out and out rude. Avoid at all costs the woman is unwell.
