Rang about my driving licence renewal which I had a Post Office letter instructing me to take it to the nearest available and authorised branch. I explained my situation and was told because I was over 70 (no fee) they wouldn't be able to do it. I shall report them on this one, they deserve it for been rude, dismissive and downright out of order.
- MSMegan SharpeJun 9, 20231.0Would give 0 stars if possible, the most horrible, disrespectful staff I have ever encountered. A middle aged Asian man told me they were closing for lunch for an hour. When I returned, he decided to eat a packet of crisps halfway through serving me and got them all over my parcel. A elderly lady with glasses served me for a parcel posting, in which she stopped halfway through to talk to a customer and her colleague about food which meant she sent my parcel to the wrong address AND sent it as the wrong class. I returned to get this amended ten minutes later and all 3 staff were horribly aggressive and shouting at me which they justified as "sticking up for their colleague". As a carer, I have been in before with a registered blind lady wearing both blind glasses and using a 5ft long visual impairment cane with a bright pink handle. The woman behind the counter pointed at a stand and told her to go get a leaflet and read it. There are many more instances of staff not acknowledging customers because they are talking amongst themselves, and then serving them incorrectly due to it and being very nasty when asked to correct their mistakes. Avoid this place at all costs.

Mr Post Office Manager. Stay open til 4pm if advertised that as the closing time. People are relying on you!
