- LSLydia ShoesmithFeb 24, 20261.0Absolutely vile experience, both owners are so incredibly rude and act like it’s a chore and an inconvenience to serve you. Their opening hours said they were open online at 5:15pm, I brought all of my small business parcels and the awful blond lady turned her nose up and said “why have you not brought these earlier” - I explained I had been making them all day. She said well “we are closed now and you should’ve brought them earlier” even though their google online opening hours say differently. She refused to do my parcels & i’d driven all the way on purpose. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience, myself and other family members have said how rude they are. Unsure why they offer a post office service if they are so rude to the community and clearly hate it! Miserable rude people, don’t go!
