- LBLisa BellaDec 27, 20251.0These 2 ladies in Brighouse Post office are the most rudest people I've ever known.They refused to Post a parcel because tgey saw it had a 24hour delivery label on (which it was the delivery that I had paid or to be sent to me I had forgotten to remove so I removed it there and then).I was snapped and and made to feel stupid in front of customers.I also had a £10 Scottish note to which they refused saying Scottish money was illegal,fake and wasn't even real money in Scotland.Again I was made to feel like a complete idiot that wasa piece of dirt they'd stood in outside (in front of customers really loudly) and sniggering. Even customers said the staff were out of order and would be a witness if I wanted to ake it further.I rang the head office to be told The Scottish £10 WAS ACCEPTABLE in POST OFFICES and could use it there without an issue.If this happened again to contact head office immediately so tgey could deal with it.The rudest nastiest women i have ever come across.They need lessons in Customer service or sacking
