  Very unpleasant and rude customer service.I hope this rudeness comes back to them tenfold. My experience with this service in Brighouse was very disappointing. The staff were rude, made inappropriate comments, and treated customers disrespectfully in public. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I would not recommend this service.

  I took my V5CW (dual language) document into the post office today to tax my vehicle. I bought the car on saturday and had the new keeper slip and the page required to apply for tax. I was told very firmly that this document 'has to be a photocopy' because it had 'the same information on both sides' a simple Google search will clarify that V5CW documents are double sided with one displaying in English and the reverse in Welsh. The document was clearly the original and had all the perforation points expected with a V5 document. The clerk then proceeded to tell me that she could not apply for tax without the cover of the V5 document anyway, this is absolute nonsense and again a simple Google search even brings up statements for the post offices website which directly state that the front (red) cover is not required. At this point I needed to briefly leave the shop so that my son could use the toilet. When I returned I was immediately informed that 'all three of the staff agree that it is not an authentic document' which was absolutely ridiculous, after much nack and forth I left the shop and immediately drove to another post office who completed my request instantly and without hesitation. I asked the staff at that post office why it might have been rejected and brighouse and they were baffled. What a complete waste of mine and my sons time. I have previously had issues with the same member of staff when she refused to take passport photos of my son, I subsequently complained and was reimbursed in full for the cost of professional passport photographs at Lords photography, I was advised following that complaint that staff training would be carried out but clearly there is still a serious issue with customer relations and basic knowledge of processes and legalities. I intend to lodge an official complaint with post office Ltd. It is a shame that the man who I believe is the manager was not on site as he seems to be a bit more clued up and im sure would have helped to explain to the three women who all banded together to imply that my document was not authentic.

  Trying to contact the post office about the rubbish post man, I live in an apartment block until this last week the post people have had keys , but this annoying person says they don’t have keys anymore he keeps pressing my door bell for me to open the front door I work nights and this last week he has woken me every bloody morning what the hell is going on

  Had some minor quibbles in the past, but recently the service has been outstanding. We started using this Post Office again because they also offer Evri, which makes it really convenient to send all our parcels in one place. It feels like a very well-run branch, friendly, efficient, and clearly well trained. Great service lately.

  Terrible service, rude, prejudiced and arrogant are the nicest things i can say about them. To say 99% of uk bank customers can access their accounts is lie, especially if you are scottish and want to pay money in.
