When my customer doesn't receive original paperwork I don't receive my payment. Now I'm short few hundred £££. Also 2 days ago they refuse to acceptmy miss parcel as they said "label is not full" as they need two pages... One page is with all postage information and second with postage cost which I don't want send and show for my customer. At this point she (my miss) took this parcel to another RM post office and sent it with no single issues. My advice is to avoid this place as customer service is unbelievable bad since last year when new staff arrived 0 star will never send anything with them again
