- NMNoor e Maham MalikSep 4, 20261.0I had a very unpleasant experience at the Post Office . I went there regarding information about my provisional licence letter, and the man serving me was extremely rude and unprofessional. The way he spoke to me, his tone, and the faces he was making made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected. It was still early in the morning and there was no rush or busy queue, so I was particularly disappointed by the way I was treated. There was also a woman sitting there at the time who may have witnessed the interaction. Customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, and unfortunately, I did not receive that during my visit.
