This business has been taken over by new people who have been there for some time now and initially thought give them benefit of the doubt they are new and are training etc, months on and they are still flapping around like it’s a market stall. They have zero customer service skills and the amount of times I’ve walked out along with others due to them being so slow and not managing the queues. If you are buying alcohol they will serve you much quicker. What a shame. Thankfully there’s plenty of other options around

The staff initially refused to release it, and I had to call a friend who works at another Post Office branch to explain the situation . They eventually handed over the parcel, but the whole process took far too long. Disappointing service and an unnecessary waste of time. Never coming back hopefully
