Horrible customer service, the Indian guy at the counter with his Mrs were so rude. The dude was talking as if he was Elon musk. Didn't realise he works for post office 🤦

Worst post office ever! The owner is so rude and shouts for no reason. His wife is a puppet and only does what he says. I thought my parcel was delivered at this post office as the post code provided gave me this address. I asked him to confirm his address and he had the nerve to shout and say I’ve asked him a stupid question. I was not shouting at him I asked a simple question. He then started slamming doors after I said you can carry on slamming doors I’m not the one paying for it if it breaks then he stopped. I then spoke to his wife nicely again asking them to confirm the address and post code as I am clearly lost and my email is saying another thing. She then just told me to leave and just listen to her husband. I refused to leave till I knew where my parcel was. I asked one last time and finally his wife responded. While speaking to his wife, he was still shouting. I told him I’m not talking to you and then stopped. He clearly needs to be spoken to as a child. None of this was necessary if they were just nice people and helped me out to begin with. I come to This post office all the time and always witness the way this guy speaks to his customers. He’s very short tempered and rude. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The amount you can withdraw in a Post Office branch will depend on any withdrawal limits in place on the specific account you hold with your bank. If you’re unsure, please contact your bank directly to check.
Do I get charged for making cash withdrawals at Post Office?
No charges are taken at the counter however some banks may charge.

How do I deposit a cheque at Post Office?
To deposit a cheque, you’ll need to bring the following to your nearest branch:
*The cheque
*A completed deposit slip from your bank, if applicable. Please contact your bank to request paying-in slips as these are not held in Post Office branches
*A cheque deposit envelope for your bank (these are available from your own bank or the majority are stocked in Post Office branches)

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
