- MAMo AliJun 29, 20261.0Would give it minus stars for poor service, attitude and poor management of Post Office. Came in at 7.30pm to use the post office and was advised its closed. I stated that it's operating hours are showing as 8pm and therefore should be open. Only for the rude lady behind the counter to ignore me and not even apologise. Then when I asked who the Post Master was she asked "why...?!!!" and was not willing to provide it initially, until I pushed her for an answer and she said it's Jaswinder Singh. So if you are reading this Post Master Jaswinder, you need to educate your staff on manners and time keeping or change your times to reflect the true opening hours instead of misleading customers (see attached). It's very not fair on customers like myself who drove out to your Post Office only to be met with such poor standards and behaviours. Reading some of the other reviews it's not the first time either.

Followed advice on google regarding closing times being 8pm, when i got there she said post office closes at 7:30pm and when asked why this was different she simply said ‘because we decided to’. No regard to customers whatsoever. If you’re having a bad day please dont take it out on customers. Won’t be coming back.
