After a dreadful experience in Bingley (threw my fragile item on the floor?)
I went here as it’s close to East Morton, and I’d not been here before. Wonderful!
Flowers, fresh bread, cold counter and so many different basics and continental groceries. Very clean too. Even a friendly post office! Well done Eldwick.

Really rude staff on the post office section, particularly Maria. Several times parcels of ours have been misplaced due to lack of organisation from certain staff members. It's always a chore to have to come here when I need to collect parcels as I know it won't be straight forward. Also - patronising and undermining customers makes you look stupid, not the customer. Better management and training needed in this particular area.
