- NNNicholas3 days ago1.0I've been using Royal Mail Special Delivery For currency and document's for 20+ years without any issues because it offers a near one hundred per cent delivery success guarantee. However I recently used this Post Office for a currency buy back return delivery, but somehow my entire package and cash contents were lost, which caused me a lot of inconvenience and effort to reconcile. I won't be using this branch again anytime soon.

She barked orders at me and finally after I’d handed over my parcel she threw it on the floor. Apalling customer service and I just hope my item is ok.

People are regularly queing out of the door and often give up out of frustration.
