- JJJDtoday1.0I have just been in Aspull post office and I was trying to send back a return to very. The gentleman behind the counter, not the lady as she is always very helpful. Told me the label was no good for the post office to print off. I asked him to try and scan in but he was very insistent that the label would not work. It was no issue in paying the 20p for me to print the label but I have returned parcels with this method from very but he was adamant that it was the wrong label, without even trying. So it was important to me that as a customer I felt he got this one wrong. So I called very customer service and the lady couldn’t understand why the label wasn’t working for him. I told her he hasn’t even tried to see if it works. I now realised that he knew he was wrong and didn’t want to look stupid. Very customer service sent me a new label but the same but this label had details of where exactly to scan it. He still refused to even try and scan the label. I gave up and went with the same label to Blackrod post office and they printed it without any problems and I returned the item. It’s not about the label but about the fact he made a mistake and wasn’t humble enough to just scan the label and see if it worked when even customer service was confused at this. Very kept apologising to me for his bad customer service but it was not their mistake. The lady that works there is fantastic but he should pack it in if he doesn’t know what he is doing.
