- LJLouise JonesMay 7, 20261.0Don’t count on the closing times listed on here - I am so sick of making the journey to the post office to find ‘due to unforeseen circumstances the post office has closed at X time today’ - again this evening I arrived at 5.30pm in plenty of time for the 6pm closing time and was greeted with the sign to say it had closed at 4pm. A few Saturdays ago it was the same story - closed at 1pm. Total waste of time and petrol travelling there.

I tried to send several large parcels because the collection doesn't work, but the staff refused to take them, claiming that "the driver wouldn’t collect them." i spoke to the driver and he never had any issues.

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
