What a lovely lady!! I got to say. Getting staff like this you are a Post Office have amazing staff! It’s extremely rare to find this these days. Nothing is too much trouble, lovely manners and extremely helpful, professional, and a lovely lady. I went there a while back. I was like a bear with a sore head. I was extemely stressed (my autistic son) I am embarrassed to say I snapped and was totally out of order. The lady handled the situation, extremely professional, and I could not get her eyes out of my head. I had really upset her and was bang out of order. I apologised to her (FULLY DESERVED) and she has never held a grudge. EVER! She thanked me for my apology and said it meant a lot. Since then she’s absolutely lovely, and a caring, kind, lovely lady. Gutted a I got Monzo now. Post doesn’t take it. I miss our little chats (never ever if a Q. What a lovely lady. You are extemely lucky to have her as staff. Thanks x

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.

If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
