- PMPatel MubarakMar 10, 20261.0I had a disappointing experience at the Post Office this branch. I went there to return a parcel that I received through DPD. The parcel contained Lacoste shoes. When I arrived, the box was slightly open, so I politely asked the PSOT OFFICE OWNER (not staff, there staff are good behaviour and helpful) if they could put a little tape on it. There was tape available at the counter, but instead of helping, the OWNER told me to buy new tape. The way they spoke was not polite and it felt like they were more interested in selling tape rather than helping a customer with a simple request. Customer service should be more helpful and respectful. Small gestures like helping a customer seal a parcel can make a big difference to the overall experience. Overall, not a good customer service experience by OWNER.

*A cheque deposit envelope for your bank (these are available from your own bank or the majority are stocked in Post Office branches)

Simply hand over your sealed cheque deposit envelope to the Post Office who will provide you with a receipt for your cheque deposit envelope.
Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
