Disgusting behaviour from the post office woman today totally could not be bothered with a large box being posted sizing weight etc all as should be but still refused to accept it, that's the last time in your shop, maybe being hard work because I booked online instead of direct with them 🤷

The store is great, the staff are shocking…. When it comes to dealing with the post office it’s really like they don’t want it there; It is like a lottery when its open, visited 4 times in 4 weeks (June & July 21) at random times when it should be open only to find the post office closed and the staff have been very dismissive about it, even if you just want to drop an item they won’t let you…… If you have pre-paid for item’s using the post office online portal ‘click & drop’ they insist on scanning each item to give you a proof of posting, even when you request they don’t. I'm guessing this makes them look busier than they are. They will not use the Royal Mail POD bulk forms but insist on scanning every item not matter what it does to the queue. You get questioned if paying in more than £500 in cash into your own personal account, asking where the money has come from.... The Post Office should really look to remove the licence from this location as they are damaging your brand and given that it’s meant to be a hub for the local community it's your brand not the stores that's being tarnished. Needless to say I will never step foot inside this store again.
