When it comes to dealing with the post office itâs really like they donât want it there; It is like a lottery when its open, visited 4 times in 4 weeks (June & July 21) at random times when it should be open only to find the post office closed and the staff have been very dismissive about it, even if you just want to drop an item they wonât let youâŚâŚ If you have pre-paid for itemâs using the post office online portal âclick & dropâ they insist on scanning each item to give you a proof of posting, even when you request they donât. I'm guessing this makes them look busier than they are. They will not use the Royal Mail POD bulk forms but insist on scanning every item not matter what it does to the queue. You get questioned if paying in more than ÂŁ500 in cash into your own personal account, asking where the money has come from.... The Post Office should really look to remove the licence from this location as they are damaging your brand and given that itâs meant to be a hub for the local community it's your brand not the stores that's being tarnished. Needless to say I will never step foot inside this store again.
