Myself and my wife went to renew our passports last week and it was all completed in 20 minutes, managed by the staff at the post office in Bamber Bridge, the lady who served us on the day could not have been any more helpful. After only a few days we have been advised that our passports have been approved.
Thank You very much for the excellent customer service!!

I asked to buy some stamps so I could send a colleague a prepaid address label. The lady wouldn’t sell me any as she said they make their money on labels. A Post Office not selling stamps. Who’d have guessed. Well now they’re making no money at all as I’ve taken my business elsewhere. There was no more to the conversation than that which was reported. I asked to buy stamps from a Post Office, you wouldn’t sell me any. You insisted I buy labels so you could make money . End of. This would have entailed me standing in a queue for at least an hour taping up parcels which would have impinged on my time. My local Post Office happily sold me stamps so at least one of us ended up happy. I also noticed you resorted to name calling which I think speaks volumes. I simply asked for stamps which you said I couldn’t have. I went to another Post Office who gladly sold me stamps. This is called customer service which is an important business concept which you seem to have overlooked and doesn’t bode well for your going forward. I certainly won’t be disappointing you by removing my review nor will I be wasting any more of my time on the issue
