Today I found out why this place has such terrible negative reviews. They treat their customers with utter contempt and aggressive confrontation, particularly the manager. They must feel safe to treat customers like scum, and it doesn't look like they have ever received a reprimanding from head office for this terrible conduct. Neither myself or my family want to step foot in this place again, we will ensure others are aware.

Saturday 13th December- struggled with 2 small children and 2 big bags of parcels from the car park , after checking online they are open till 5:30, only to find they had decided to close early today. (This was 4pm!) Surely there must be a contingency plan if the manager is off sick and the 2 other staff were apparently apprentices and didnât know what to do (according to the member of the staff on the main till) so they had to close! Not great in the run up to Christmas is it! Very poor .
