Had to virtually drag my amazon parcel of a member of staff who said parcel wouldnt scan on her phone. She spent 10 mins on phone trying to sort out without once offering the courtesy to update me then complained i was being rude. You couldnt write it quite honestly. They had a problem with amazon but wanted me to sort it, i think not. After 3 years loyal shopping its au revoir and hello co-op
