I’m so disappointed and feel somewhat upset with having to write this review. I have been a loyal supporter of local businesses and have made sure that I have given as much of my custom as possible to this local post office, calling in almost weekly and on some occasions twice weekly, ensuring all my parcels are sent via their service, including Amazon and Evri , withdrawing and depositing money and calling with my grandsons to buy sweets on our way home from school. Recently I have bought euros from the post office on two occasions and have asked days before purchasing them to ensure they had them in stock. On neither occasion did they have the decency to tell me that if I ordered them online to collect I would be given a higher rate, in fact on one occasion I would have collected nearly €38 euros extra, than buying them on the day. I understand they are a business and out to earn money, however as a regular customer and known to them I would have thought this would have been curtesy and also business sense. I now have no intention of every using their service again, they have lost all my business and I shall ensure that I dissuade anyone I know from using their services, so much for supporting a local business, pity this didn’t work both ways.
