We went to this post office to post our old passports, it was already enveloped and ready to sent. The man behind the Post Office counter in Market Street Chorley named Satya was so helpful and checked our addresses on the envelope, and pointed out that we should be sending one to Hemel Hempstead and the other to Corby Liverpool, he helped us by separating them into different envelopes and correcting the address. Satya was so helpful, if he didn’t ask us we would have had to wait longer from the passport office. Satya is a credit to the Post Office, if only there were more people like him.

The cashier on the foreign currency counter was rude and had an awful attitude. Seemed more ready to want a fight than be a customer facing cashier
