I have been going to this post office for years and I have a probe on with the woman every time I go in, I’ve finally had enough, I’ve complained countless times about her and now I’m calling Royal Mail to complain about about the whole place. She clearly does not want to work there, I’ve spoken to so many people the area that have a problem with her, she has so much attitude, refuses to send stuff off, overprices parcels on purpose, then I go to another post office with the same thing and have no problem at all. So what is her problem? She can have a que in front of her and she’ll ignore everyone too because she’s taking her time doing something else. It’s unprofessional and she should not be working there! How many complaints have you had and how much business have you lost and you still keep her there. I’m reporting you!!!!!
