Popped in this afternoon while I was in town for some stamps before the price hike, served by a lovely girl in the middle.
Quite a busy post office but didn’t mind the wait (no one is making you stand there)
Maybe some of you should try working in there before judging the staff or go to one of the other 7 post offices in and around Burnley if it distresses you that much to wait!
Shame on some of you for these awful reviews.

Always a pleasure to see Lisa and the Girls when conducting business at this branch. Always get a smile and advice whenever needed 😁
They all deserve pay rises and plenty of chocolate.
Thank you guys

The negatives in this review apply entirely to Lisa. I have never once seen someone so lazy and workshy. Doing anything and everything else other than dealing with the ever increasing number of customers waiting to be served. She has the attitude of someone who feigns superiority and in my opinion and that of everyone else in the queue she needs re training.
Her colleague was a young woman with blonde hair who was a credit to royal mail and did everything possible to assist.
