Ridiculous, i don't understand how they could treat people like that and how people let this is happening, they not allowed to be like this ,I definitely not coming back to this post office again.

Very rude staff!
Went here to return a parcel which I was then told had to go to an In Post to return. Was shouted at by the man behind the counter and when I asked where there was an In Post he shouted I DON'T KNOW!!!!
I was then helped by another customer who helped me locate an In Post locker nearby.

Shockingly poor service from this post office. Always manage to say something rude to you. But typically public sector monopoly where there’s no competition and no incentive to actually treat people like meaningful customers. When you don’t have any choice of anywhere else to go, this is what happens. I will drive somewhere a bit further away as I believe the post office in Lostock actually treat you like fellow humans.
