Meanwhile the pickup point staff AKA Chris is stuck playing detective for a parcel he never had. “Chris went above and beyond. After days of confusion with my parcel, he personally ensured it was delivered to my home on Friday at close of business. Excellent customer service, professionalism, and kindness. A real credit to your company.” Chris is an absolute legend. ⭐

I am not going to go to anywhere else for all post office shenanigans

Edit- I’ve read your reply but still stand by my comments. When do most people want to use a post office? At lunchtime or on a Saturday morning - exactly when you’re closed! And last time I came in I was the only one stood there waiting and you carried on your conversation with someone else behind the counter about non work related stuff and just ignored me until you finished the conversation. Pretty rude.

If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
