They think they own Royal Mail I have the exact same template as what they use they always give me problems - I do 2000 parcels a day with Royal Mail I bring odd orders to them, thank god I don’t use my larger orders with them. Every other post office is fine this one has issues with their customers.

- SSSMar 23, 20261.0This post office has gone downhill lately. Maybe due to change of staff? The two new fellas, are either making silly comments, bickering with customers over small things or not providing a service. I went in the other day 15 minutes before close time and there was a queue. Waited a few minutes and hadn’t even been seen and the person behind the counter shouted ‘no cash’ after the customer he was serving. Either it is being managed poorly with not enough cash on the day or he couldn’t handle the queue and fobbed the customers off. Either way this needs sorting or they’ll lose a lot of customers.
