I went in to return a parcel and get a pasport application and a driving licence application ,I was told to stand to the side 3 times while he served someone else after being told to stand aside again like a mug , I left without the forms and later noticed he hadn't scaned the return for my parcel ( which he flung over his shoulder and off the wall into a bag ) So I will not be getting a refund, item wasn't valued enough to deal with this place again . Putting the good royal mail name down the daring letting anyone and everyone have a franchise. Sort it out royal mail . I am now editing after receiving a complete lie of a replie. You clearly have a problem with everyone who complains on here no i wasn't finished being served , I was asked to stand aside 3 times while being served so the person behind me could be served, it was clearly an attitude issue with the man behind the counter . You can argue all you want with everyone who reviews you , it onley proves you're disrespect for you're customers and i would go as far as to say you just dont like the people .

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
