This is the worst post offices I have ever visited. Despite the website and the notice on the door stating that closing time is 5:00 pm, the branch was closed by 3:00 pm.
I was assisted by a member of staff wearing a headscarf, who was unfortunately quite rude and unhelpful. A little kindness and professionalism go a long way when dealing with customers.
Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and the level of service was far below what I would expect.

Extremely rude staff, on a couple of occasions I have been, the shop has been closed, however the opening times state it would be open.
The lady when I was waiting walked off to take a phone call for 5 minutes and ignored the customers. Very unprofessional and unhelpful.

Always shut ridiculously early and open late. Staff are not friendly and have clearly asked their family to leave positive reviews as all of the 5 star ratings come from people with the same surname, 'Patel'.
