- SCStuart CarruthersJun 2, 20261.0Do not use for parcel delivery unless you can collect before 5pm which defeats the point of having something delivered to a drop-off for convenient collection which this is not. The Post Office counter them closes and you cannot get your parcel as it is locked away. Complaint raised with the Post Office as the opening times are incorrect and misleading.

If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.

If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
