Staff are rude. One lady let someone push in front of me after I’d been stood at the til for 5 minutes right in front of her, waiting for her to stop gossiping with the customer before me. She then proceeded to serve the customer that pushed in first and tried to make me feel as if I was in the wrong for saying something. Very toxic. I never got her name.
On another occasion all of the baskets in this shop were filthy to the point I literally could not put my shopping in any of them. I showed a staff member called Paola and her response to this was “nothing I can do”. I said “that’s not very professional and these baskets are disgusting”. She then said “you’re disgusting” and called for back up to come from the back of the shop and made false accusations that I was swearing at her and also accused me of being on drugs when I wasn’t. She is clearly a delusional old lady. Very worrying. She did that and also spoke over me and wouldn’t let me talk to the other staff member, so that they would only hear her lies and not the truth of what happened. He actually handled this very well and helped me out. However the behaviour from Paola and the unknown female was really out of order. I would also like to add that I’m diagnosed autistic and struggle with every day life. Both of these situations caused me massive anxiety and discomfort. I would not use this shop unless you want your whole day ruining and it doesn’t even stop there. Every time Paola sees me walk past the shop she darts to the door and tries to intimidate me by puffing on her vape and giving me dirty looks. Very unprofessional and also embarrassing as she looks around 80 years old and is acting like a teenager. Very unprofessional, if I could rate less than one star then I definitely would. I’m 26 years old and I’ve never experienced such shocking customer service and I’ve definitely never been treated like this anywhere else. Disappointing. Letting the community down.

Website said they were open until 20:00, door times stated they were open until 17:30. It turns out they shut at 17:00, it's been like that for 3 months according to the rude kid that served me.
It used to be a good post office. They have ruined it.
