- XXX XJul 21, 20265.0I've been coming to this Premier and Post Office for a few years now and despite the local area and it's drawbacks this business consistently brings a smile to my face every time I go in. The stock availability within the shop is great. I rarely leave without what I wanted and the staff are exceptionally helpful. The offers are good, the store is clean and tidy offering pretty much everything you could want when you come in. The cash deposits and withdrawals until late are really handy to provide as a service and the employees are always willing to go the extra mile even when busy or short staffed. The customers can occasionally be difficult to deal with as the area is a melting pot of cultures and sees a lot of dysfunctional behaviour locally. They see regular issues happening such as criminal damage to their external cash machine and thefts but continue to focus on serving their customers. The shop standards are great. Shelves always stocked and products ordered well to ensure that customers don't leave disappointed. I'd like to give a special shout out to both Adarsh and Huzefa who have time and time again gone out of their way to solve problems and ensure you get what you need. These guys are really competent at what they do and you can tell from the way they handle stressful situations and random problems with ease, along with being able to have a laugh with you and keep you returning to the store. Great shop, well worth paying them a visit.
