  Charles, is a breath of fresh air. I have known Charles from the Post office in Poulton. It is so much easier now at the banking hub in the teanlowe. I ring on a Tuesday to order change for collection on Wednesday afternoon. As im a positive person. Charles is to. If the hub is quiet when I go in, there is a positive atmosphere. The Banking hub is always 100% clean which is looked after by there cleaner who does an excellent job. The hub is light and has great feel to it. There is also a room for any member of the public, who wishes to talk to there bank on certain days of the week. Im in 2/3 times a week. I look forward to going in and having a positive chat. We always have a laugh. See you sooon. David's Barbers..

  Charles is very helpful and welcoming when people come to use the banking hub. Always smiling and giving off positive energy. I think its great how engaging he is with each individual customer. It's amazing how genuine and down to earth he is. Banking Hub provides and nice comfortable meeting room for people to be able to come to speak to there banks to discuss private affairs. Banking Hub is a nice, spacious and clean place to visit. Set in a great location so recieves a great amount of foot traffic. Would highly recommend visting if ever you are in the area

  I have nothing but praise for both Charles and Nyja at The Banking Hub in the Teanlowe Centre in Poulton I first met them both at the Banking Hub in Garstang they are both so friendly always smiling and a real credit to the Banking Hub on a whole. They are both so knowledgeable in their work. I'm hoping that they stay at this branch for a very long time but probably in time as they are both so good at what they do, they will probably be asked to help will opening another branch in time. This Banking Hub ticks all the right boxes and it's five stars from me.

  We use the Banking Hub 4 or 5 days a week and we are always greeted with a smile & a friendly welcome. Charles is always polite and interacts on a very professional basis.
