- MBMez Begum6 days ago1.0I was at the Evri drop-off inside Chadderton Post Office, and witnessed poor service. A customer had 2 white bags of parcels in mailers. Staff scanned 1-2 parcels, then when the customer said they had more, the staff member became rude. She complained about the customer "unlocking their phone for QR codes" and "zooming in". She then threw all 6 parcels in mailers onto the floor with other parcels instead of placing them down carefully. Parcels should never be thrown, especially mailers that can tear easily. I would avoid this Evri drop-off point if you have multiple parcels.

Then threw all 6 parcels on the floor with others instead of placing them carefully. These were uniforms for my company. Fine if you’re sending 1-2 parcels. But if you have more than 5, avoid this place. Very unprofessional.
