- AAamir ahmadDec 27, 20241.0I'd give zero stars if I could. Not only is this a badly run PO, but the staff are flat out liars. Took a parcel that was being sent via parcel force which advised to drop off at post office branch. The parcel was 23kg and parcels under 30kg can be dropped off at the post office. The lady behind the counter flat out refused saying can only send max 20kg which is a lie as it says it on the services provided that under 30kg can be sent. Took it to Leeds road post office and within 2 minutes the parcel was scanned and accepted. Awful awful service by this pathetic branch and its employees!
