- SSSophMar 16, 20261.0Avoid horrible staff the guys with glasses on have a massive attitude problem I’m a business owner and drop in parcels sometimes have allot of them, he always gives me dirty looks huffs and puffs and even has said why don’t you go to a bigger post office. The attitude given is horrible I am happy to use a different service of royalmail want to refund my money paid for so many parcels because the staff seem to hate their jobs or not be getting paid avoid this. Nelson attitude problems also I dropped parcels which have not been scanned in properly and they’ve lost packages

Cheerful and an excellent communicator, he was keen to give us the best experience possible - unlike the first two post offices that we visited in the area directly before. Given we were on foot, we were a bit exasperated by the time we reached Belle Vue Post Office but the gentleman behind the counter restored out faith in the fact that some people care! We will be going to Bella Vue in the future. Thank you to that gentleman and we apologise for not getting his name - how rude of us.
