Katie was really helpful in helping process the application, even providing a phone number so I could check processing times with HMPO before proceeding. She was friendly and great with the boy, even showing him how the app knew he was good. *** Just an update - passport received 16 days later. I can't say it wouldn't have been as quick without Katie's help, but for me she saved the expense and time that would have been needed for a Passport Office application. Thank you

Refused to serve me although no other counters were open. Gave the excuse they were sorting out the parcels from Saturday. This is not the first time that there have been problems, some of the staff are extremely abrupt and rude.
