- NNNeiceynooSep 1, 20265.0Morecambe PO is amazing. Recently, I needed to do several different transactions. I was sending something overseas as well as other items to my Mum. I was served my Simone. She was extremely friendly and helpful. She talked me through the most appropriate way to send my items, nothing was too much trouble for her. It was quite busy at the time and Simone was great. Efficient, welcoming and approachable. It’s good to have such amazing staff and services as our post offices are an important asset. Thank you Simone and Morecambe PO. I’ll see you again soon :))

I wasn’t completely sure which postage option was best, but the lady behind the counter, I think her name was Simone, was really friendly and helpful. She explained everything clearly and got it sorted for me quickly. Really good customer service and a credit to the Post Office. Thank you!

My license has now been granted with no issues and i am back in work.

Upon attempting to deposit a cheque here I encountered such an utterly incompetent postmaster who clearly had no idea what she was doing and couldn't even use the stamp correctly. This ruined my check meaning another envelope must be made to deposit with, something I will be doing at another post office on Princes crescent which has always been staffed by more serious people. This place is an absolute joke really, shame because that location is very convenient for me. They have wasted my time. To any higher-ups reading my review, please be more careful with your hiring process because incompetent imbeciles clearly keep coming through getting jobs they cannot handle properly. Whoever she was needs laying off very soon.
