Refused to serve me although no other counters were open. Gave the excuse they were sorting out the parcels from Saturday. This is not the first time that there have been problems, some of the staff are extremely abrupt and rude.
- PSPaul SlackJun 4, 20261.0Arrived at the post office at 5.17 pm today 4th June only to find the doors locked and all the lights out even tho it states on the web site and the sign outside the door,open till 5.30 ,5 days a week,having travelled 10 miles from arkholme and checking the opening times before I set off,this is totally unacceptable .so that’s 20 miles round trip today and another 20 miles round trip tommorow ,40 miles just to pick a small parcel up!😡
