She said she couldn’t read the instructions regarding the parcel I was returning through parcelforce, she was very rude to me and her attitude was appalling. How the post office can employ people like this is beyond me. I had to travel to another post office and got sorted out within 2 minutes. Will definitely not be using this post office again and I would hope this lady gets seriously reprimanded for her lack of manners and overall ignorance

Was told by THREE incompetent staff members that they don't do it, for all types of reasons that a typical jobs worth comes out with..! Not one of them actually read the paperwork that gave them... WITH CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS. Even when they scanned the barcode on the letter they still couldn't follow the on screen instructions Ended up at Walmer Bridge Post Office, where the lady took my letter, scanned, followed the instructions and handed me the money without ANY drama... Seems that Clifton Parade Post Office need some training on how to read, understand and act to instruction. Stills beats me that they have re-funded me six times prior.... Didn't even want to give 1star rating but wouldn't allow me to post unless, I at least posted 1 star...!!

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
