I needed help sending off passport documentation and the man who was working (I’m so sorry I’ve forgotten your name!) was so helpful! I went in carrying my baby and needed to purchase an envelope and wrote the address on. He wrote the address on for me and sorted everything, also advising me that I may need additional documentation. Had to go back again a few hours later and he was just amazing. I had my daughter in the pram this time and he held the door on our way out. Was really lovely to have someone go above and beyond, especially when I had my baby with me. Thank you so much!

Heaven forbid you walk in and ask for three different services at the same time (Banking, bill paying, parcels) I use the PO for work, to help my family & for myself and do everything at the same time. After a 20 minute wait at peak time with one cashier working, you get glared at if you ask to do more than one thing. Teenage eye rolls, huffing & snappy. Very unprofessional. Bring back the old staff please! They used to be cheerful, smiled and were so helpful! In the meantime, I'll walk an extra 10 minutes to Devonshire Road.
