Even though it was right at the end of their day shift and they were about to close, they still took the time to listen to my request and assisted me without any hesitation. It’s not something you see everywhere, and I really appreciated their professionalism and willingness to help even at that time of day. Great customer service and a very welcoming attitude—highly recommended!

Always have a bad experience customer service wise as they're disinterested and rude, but give them benefit of the doubt as nobody is happy at work. Just Taken a letter to be sent and reiterated multiple times I want cheapest postage Made me pay £3.85 as they assured me that is the cheapest for a letter to be sent. I knew it was wrong but paid it anyway due to travelling and being past my deadline. Won't go again.
