- IWIan WhiteheadOct 1, 20251.0Total waste of time! Get a text saying parcel ready for collection. Walk up to collect but Post Office shut when I get there in middle of day! Most staff are miserable n unhelpful. Go elsewhere if you want anything like decent customer service.

He went to return something & she started asking him what was he returning, how was he returning etc My father had the QR code & everything & it’s not the first time he’s been to post office to return something. He has decided to never go to this store/post office ever again. To the staff who was around 3pm at post office desk - LEARN SOME MANNERS & mind your own business !

The branch closed at 12 PM on Saturday. If you plan to visit - might be good to phone beforehand and check when they close to avoid a wasted journey.
