One employee claimed to have 25 years of experience, yet he demonstrated no understanding of how to communicate respectfully. I went there to return an Amazon parcel with a free return label, but the employee rudely insisted it was not from Amazon, despite clear labeling. Additionally, I witnessed another customer being charged for same-day delivery, only to later discover that her important documents were never sent. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this service.

If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.

If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
