- AMAsad Ali MalikJan 30, 20261.0Very poor experience. I visited this pickup point on the last day shown in the DPD app, and the parcel was still marked as available. Staff first said they couldn’t find it, then claimed it had already been returned. After calling DPD support, they confirmed the parcel was still at the shop and asked me to return so staff could speak to head office. When I went back, the staff member changed the story again, saying the parcel had been scanned as returned that morning but was still in the shop and initially refused to hand it over. Only after speaking directly to DPD head office did they finally give me my parcel. Very disorganised and frustrating.

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
