Calling this a Post Office is an insult to every properly run Post Office in the country. This place is an absolute shambles.
You'd expect a Post Office to be reliable, organised and open during its advertised hours. Instead, this one seems to operate on whatever mood they're in that day. Need to post something? Good luck. It appears to close whenever it fancies, often with no explanation, no notice and certainly no apology. It's less of a public service and more of a lucky dip.
Behind the counter looks like a bomb has gone off. It's cluttered, messy and completely disorganised. It inspires absolutely zero confidence that anything is being run properly.
The customer service is the final nail in the coffin. Every visit feels like you're interrupting them by daring to use the service they're supposed to provide. One member of staff in particular has been consistently rude, dismissive and about as welcoming as a parking ticket.
The biggest joke? I live less than 200 yards away, yet I'd genuinely rather drive two miles to another Post Office than waste my time gambling on whether this one is actually open or whether I'll be treated like an inconvenience. That tells you everything you need to know.
Whoever decided this was fit to represent the Post Office brand seriously needs to have another look. The franchise should be reviewed because this place falls miles short of the standard the public deserves.
If you're looking for reliability, professionalism or even basic courtesy, keep driving. Your blood pressure will thank you.

One give it a 0. Ever since they got new employees it’s always ohh can’t take the parcel use another location. Never used to be an issue ever. Honestly if they’re not going to take any thing why even be open. Useless

Staff are friendly, but constantly closing early and not updating store opening hours despite changing them, makes it a really disappointing post office and not one which is reliable for the consumer.

If I could post a 0 star review I would for their post office. They think they own Royal Mail
I have the exact same template as what they use they always give me problems - I do 2000 parcels a day with Royal Mail I bring odd orders to them, thank god I don’t use my larger orders with them. Every other post office is fine this one has issues with their customers.
