- PPPaulApr 17, 20261.0Counter staff charged incorrectly the services tried to upsell Told me services had changed..previously advised didnt do proof of postage no more and did not deduct prepaid amount off a prepaid envelope despite asking to do so..female counter staff not seen in there before.. Normally a guy who is helpful but this counter staff was not. But in reality a con.. won't return again now due to this and have sent a complaint into Royal mail and the post office..cheers
