I prefer the option of using delivery to a parcel shop. Huyton Post Office is really handy for me. I try to collect my parcels after work. More often than not I am served by Diane and Faiza. Every time I go to collect a parcel they are so lovely. I always select this Post Office with it being close to home. Thank you for what you do in providing a valuable service to me.

Awful experience. The guy at the counter kept asking for ID even though I explained that I had my council tax bill to confirm my address and also showed my debit card. His tone was quite disrespectful, as if I was trying to do something wrong.
When I raised my voice because I was frustrated, I was told that I was being rude. I definitely won’t be going there again. They should hire staff with better customer service skills who know how to speak to customers respectfully.
