More often than not I am served by Diane and Faiza. Every time I go to collect a parcel they are so lovely. I always select this Post Office with it being close to home. His tone was quite disrespectful, as if I was trying to do something wrong. When I raised my voice because I was frustrated, I was told that I was being rude. I definitely won’t be going there again. They should hire staff with better customer service skills who know how to speak to customers respectfully.
