I miss Bob, he was so professional and fast. I dread everytime I have to go to this post office because of the queues. Clearly putting profit before staffing. Only ever 1 counter fully operational with others just mingling round. The service time is appalling. There is an extremely loud dark haired woman who if she put as much energy into serving as she does into moaning and smoking would be awesome!

Rude staff. Disappearing on their phones when there is a queue of customers. One member of staff sighed at a customer when all she wanted was 2 stamps.
