Went to the post office today and there was no queue, which was great. I went up to one of the counters, said hello, and the guy behind the window (long greasy hair) just completely ignored me. He was busy printing receipts and didn’t even look up, even though I was standing right there.
After a bit, another staff member came out from the back, said hello, and helped me at a different counter, which I appreciated. But honestly, I don’t get why the first guy couldn’t just acknowledge me. A simple “Hi, I’m not available right now, someone will be with you in a minute” would’ve been enough.
It’s just basic manners and customer service. Not sure why that’s so hard. No surprise this place doesn’t have great reviews.

Not happy to find that I got home and the chap had not given me a slip with the tracking number for the package I sent Royal Mail Tracked. He only gave me a receipt for the cash I withdrew. Now I have no way to track the package and even the next day Vinted shows the package has not been sent.

Not the best experience; handled receipt of a parcel for me, then subsequently failed to scan it in, when I turned up to collect the item I was initially told they did not accept items from Parcel Force (a lack of understanding of their own processes it turns out) and that I should try other local post offices incase it was left somewhere else!! So after several wasted journeys to other Post Offices and phone calls (at my cost), found Cromwell Road had actually lost it and did not know what they had done with it. Staff then admitted they had not followed process due to being "too busy" so sounds a bit risky giving them my business in future incase they are "too busy" to handle it. Several days lost waiting for a replacement item to be shipped.

Hard working who take all sorts of abuses from the entitled folk of Whitstable, all whilst biting their tongue and providing a service with a smile. Always cooperating and helpful.

The ladies at the Post office in the coop were super helpful and friendly and provided a service apparently unavailable in Canterbury
